Book a call

A 90-day 1:1 coaching experience

You did everything right. So why do you feel empty in a successful career?

This is for the high achieving woman who is successful on paper and still feels her chest tighten on Sunday as she heads into another week she dreads. Who knows something needs to change, because she can't keep doing what she's currently doing, but she doesn't know what she wants next, or what to do instead. This is your way to clarity, purpose, and a career that doesn't leave you drained or anxious every day.

A real conversation, zero pressure. Even if we never work together, you'll leave clearer than you came in.

Sound familiar?

It's Sunday, 5pm. The anxiety shows up right on schedule.

You already dread the week, the calls you don't care about, the version of you already counting down the days to Friday. So you scroll, to avoid the voice in your head that keeps telling you we can't keep doing this, and the signs your body is giving you that something has to change. While you scroll, you see other women living full lives. Time and location freedom. Careers they seem so passionate about. Genuinely excited about their days. You want that version for your own life, and you have no idea how to get there, or what it would even look like for you.

From the outside, you have it all figured out. The career, the salary, the title. But on the inside it feels lonely and hollow. And you keep most of it to yourself, because who would understand? So no matter how miserable you feel, or how tight your chest gets every Sunday evening as you head into another week, you go to sleep, wake up, and do it all over again. Telling yourself you'll figure out what you want next weekend, or next month, or next year.

The problem is you've told yourself that many times before. And you have tried to figure out what you want next in your career. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, saved the posts, started the plan. But you keep starting and stopping. And every time you stop, it becomes one more piece of proof to stay exactly where you are.

Two things can be true. You can be deeply grateful for the version of you who got you here, and you can also be ready to build something entirely new. A life that looks SO different from where you're standing today. You just don't know what you want yet. And the part that drives you craziest is that you did everything you were supposed to do to lead to a fulfilling life, so you can't understand why you feel this empty with all you've achieved.

There's nothing wrong with you. You're just a high achiever who abandoned herself to build a life that looks right by everyone else's rules and expectations. And finding your way back home to what you actually want is really hard to do without a map.

The offer

The SHIFT

A 90-day 1:1 coaching experience for the high-achieving woman who's ready to stop watching her life happen to her and start choosing it. This isn't another course to add to the pile of things you started and didn't finish. It's the two of us, working through your exact life, in the right order, until the change actually sticks.

01

Uncover See what's been running your life

First we figure out why you've been so frozen, so you can finally take action from a calm, regulated place instead of forcing yourself and falling off again. We audit the beliefs running the show, find your survival pattern, and meet the inner critic that's been keeping you small.

02

Unlearn Get clear on what you actually want

Then we release the old stories and get you clear on what you truly want, not what you were told to want, so you stop living by everyone else's rules and start hearing your own voice again. You'll dream without limits, meet the woman you're becoming, and name your North Star.

03

Unleash Aligned action, then trust

Then we move, so you build real momentum with no more starting and stopping. You'll build a 90-day roadmap made for your specific life, take aligned action a few micro-steps at a time, and learn to trust yourself and the timing so you keep going long after we're done.

What's included

  • Twelve weekly 1:1 calls, just the two of us. Sixty minutes where we do the real work and tailor everything to your actual life. Not generic advice that never knew your story.
  • Direct Slack access to me, Monday through Friday. Message and voice note me between calls so you're supported through the real moments, not just the scheduled ones. 24-hour response times on weekdays.
  • A growing affirmation and meditation library to help you regulate, reconnect, and stay anchored to who you're becoming.
  • The journaling prompts I used to change my own life, organized to move you forward through each stage, not just make you think.
  • A 90-day roadmap that's yours to keep, so when our time ends you're not lost again. You have the map and the self-trust to keep choosing yourself.

Why me

I built this because I lived it first. I was the high achiever who did everything everyone told me to do. Data science, product management, the corporate track, all of it. I succeeded, and I was wildly unfulfilled. I'd climbed a mountain I never actually chose to climb. Then I did the work, in the order I now teach, to figure out what I actually wanted and give myself permission to choose it. The SHIFT is the map I spent a year piecing together alone, handed to you so you don't have to do it the slow, lonely way I did.

Rooting for you always, Aishah

In case you're wondering

The honest answers.

I've started and stopped a hundred times. What makes this time different?

This is the real one, so let's name it. You've quit before because you were trying to take action while the old identity was still running the show in survival mode. Willpower can't beat a nervous system that thinks change is dangerous. The SHIFT works in the right order: we regulate and clear what's running you first, so action stops feeling like force. Add weekly accountability and a roadmap built for your life, and the "what if I quit again" fear runs out of places to hide.

I don't have the time.

You're busy, I know. But "I don't have time" is usually "I'm not sure this is worth the time." This is 1:1, so it flexes to your life instead of adding a course you'll never finish. One 60-minute call a week and a few small aligned actions. The work is designed to give you your time and energy back, not take more of it. You're already spending the hours. Right now they're going to overthinking and dread.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work.

Most coaching skips straight to goal-setting on a nervous system still in survival mode, which is exactly why it didn't stick. This starts with why you're frozen, then clarity, then action, in that sequence. It's also fully yours, mapped to your real situation, not the generic advice that never knew your story.

I'm not sure this will work for my situation.

Your situation is the whole point. This isn't a program you squeeze yourself into. Every call, every action, every piece of the roadmap is built around your exact life, the mortgage, the responsibilities, the people who depend on you. That's the one thing every book and podcast couldn't do for you.

Isn't this what a therapist is for?

If what you're carrying is deep trauma, a therapist is exactly who you should see, and I'll always tell you that. But therapy looks backward at why you're like this. The SHIFT looks forward at who you're becoming and what you actually do about it, with a roadmap and weekly accountability. Therapy helps you process the past. I help you design and start living what's next.

The next step

Book your Get Unstuck Audit.

The next step isn't "buy now." It's a call. We look at where you're actually stuck and I map out what the path would look like for your specific life. Even if we never work together, you'll leave clearer than you came in. That's a promise.

Because this is 1:1 and I do it with my full attention, I only ever hold a handful of these spots at a time. When they're taken, the next opening is whenever a client finishes her 90 days. If this is speaking to you, book the call while there's room.

If you've read this far, you already know. The only question is whether you keep it on the someday list, or whether this is the day you finally choose yourself.

Hi, I'm Aishah

The coach who made the same walk.

I'm a self-identity coach for high-achieving women who look successful on paper and feel disconnected from the life they built. And I mean the whole resume: an advanced degree in data science, a job at a company people are impressed by, a six-figure salary, fully remote, the kind of title that sounds good at every dinner party. I checked every single box they told me to check.

And I was completely unfulfilled at the top of it, because I'd never actually chosen any of it. It took real, deep work to figure out what I wanted and give myself permission to go get it.

I built The SHIFT out of that. I know exactly where you've been and exactly where you're trying to go, because I made the same walk. My job now is to hand you the map so it doesn't take you as long, or feel as lonely, as it did for me. You don't need more proof that you're capable. You've spent your whole life proving that. You just need someone in your corner and a way home to yourself.
